VISION WITHOUT LIMITS, Sandra Lugo

 
Vision is a natural ability and a spiritual gift. To dream and to actualize your dreams are the ability of the human spirit. To see beyond our present situation is a character of the heartcalled courage.

The eagle is a bird of prey revered throughout history because of its great ability of sight and flight. The ability of an eagle's eye to visually span a territory is equal to miles not feet. The eagle can see great distance and so able to travel far. Like the eagle, it is through our natural sight that we are able to travel and not grasp in the dark. The blind need someone to take
them by the hand to lead them. Vision on the other hand takes a person by the heart and leads them towards new frontiers and heights.

Spiritual vision, which is the ability of the human spirit to see into the spiritual realm, is experienced every time we lay our heads to sleep. We learn this from Job in chapter 33.   We all dream. Proven scientific statistics show that on average, a person has at least five dreams per night. The problem is not the inability to dream but the inability to remember what was dreamt. To put it more plainly; the inability to remember what was seen.

James 1:23 says “Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.”  The apostle James likens action to vision.

The prophetic word creates a visual image for physical manifestation. The prophetic word is spoken. Words create images in our mind.  It is the word that is believed that later conceives. To believe inwardly requires us to see it mentally.

Fear believes not; sees not. Doubt sees promise and demise at the same time and is tossed between two visuals.

Faith sees the thing promised because it was believed in the heart not the mind. 

Fear is an issue of the heart that keeps people from believing what they are seeing in their spirit.

Doubt is an issue of the mind that keeps people from believing what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.

Again, vision is natural and spiritual. God has given you the prophetic (spiritual eyesight) to reveal what is in dark places, to solve mysteries and to dispatch divine strategies. To be without spiritual vision is paramount to being directionless. 

Every divine visitation in our Holy Bible was accompanied by a word that created a vision. The encounter created a vision in the heart of the hearer to create a passion and a goal. Goals are commitments of the heart to reach a predetermined
place of accomplishment -- destiny.

Do you know a person without goals? A person without goals is a person without vision.  A person without vision is a person without goals towards a particular end –destiny.  Eyes that are closed cannot see.  Hearts that are broken cannot believe. Spirits that are crushed cannot perceive.

Know that the prophetic word is God’s goal for your life.

As a prophet, it is my responsibility through the Spirit of God to encourage you towards destiny as well as confront and address what is keeping you from it. 

Don’t allow near sightedness, spiritual cataracts or tired vision to keep you from prophetic destiny.
